Great job to everyone that came out for the rainy, cold run! Way to stick with it and show your commitment! The race is only 4 weeks away! If its easier to stay motivated when running with others..try to buddy up for your miles...its definitely harder to blow it off when you know someone is waiting for you! Keep it up!
